I know traveling to New York in February often centers around NYFW for most bloggers.  But for my family and I, it was the Aventura concert.  And being my first time to the big apple, I never knew what to expect. So all 10 of us embarked on a Family adventure of our own.
While on the way my laptop crashed so I'm having a hard time posting as often as I normally do.  So sorry for the delay!  I am gonna make up for it I promise...
We stayed in a Brooklyn apartment styled to a T in an affordable minimalistic look.  It was somewhere in the 40's with lows in the 20's while we were there.  The kind of cold that offends you right as you open the door.  It snowed fresh, powdery snow on the third day which of course we all played in.  DUH.  :) We obviously looked liked Noobs outside as the natives hastily cleaned off their cars buried in the new snow.
We were the quintessential tourists.  Except for Romeo, who blended in with his fellow New Yorker's.  He never left the apartment without his fur-lined parka and timberland's.  He reeked Brooklyn so we were all a little relieved when he offered to drive our 12 person transit.  With our party planner, aka Sandra, we were able to see the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, China town, Central Park, SoHo and Times Square.
Packing for this trip required strategy.  I will be covering all outfit details in the last post.  Below you will see a photo journal of our second day in NY.  Enjoy!

See you on the next post!  Remember, all the outfit deets will be on a later post.  Have you been to NYC?  What did you do?  I'd love hear about your trip.  Let me know in the comments below!  XoXo- Kriss
