So it’s no secret that lately I haven’t been feeling my best. I’ve been suffering from health anxiety. Every day gets a little better but for a couple weeks, I was all about sweatpants and T-shirts. I really didn’t have the energy to get dressed and put a full face of make up on like I typically do. Everything I wore had an elastic band and was void of anything like buttons and other fun details.
Here’s the rundown..I stuck with tank tops like this throwback Stussy tank and slim sweats like these H&M ones.I paired this outfit with my Adidas because they are the most comfortable shoe I own. And when it got a little cooler, I had my denim jacket which is my go to Piece these days.Lastly, I borrowed from the boys, these Ray-Ban’s that my husband wears all the time. Sunnies are perfect when you really don’t feel like doing your make up too! And for those days that I didn’t want to do my hair I also wore a Calvin Klein baseball cap (not pictured above).
So when you’re not feeling your best or you’re under the weather, grab some skinny sweats and a baseball cap and tell yourself it’s going to be OK! I believe in prayer and asking for help from others. I covered all this in my last post if you want to read it. Click here!
