So it’s no secret that lately I haven’t been feeling my best. I’ve been suffering from health anxiety. Every day gets a little better but for a couple weeks, I was all about sweatpants and T-shirts.
I really didn’t have the energy to get dressed and put a full face of make up on like I typically do. Everything I wore had an elastic band and was void of anything like buttons and other fun details.
Here’s the rundown..
I stuck with tank tops like this throwback Stussy tank and slim sweats like these H&M ones.I paired this outfit with my Adidas because they are the most comfortable shoe I own. And when it got a little cooler, I had my denim jacket which is my go to Piece these days.Lastly, I borrowed from the boys, these Ray-Ban’s that my husband wears all the time. Sunnies are perfect when you really don’t feel like doing your make up too! And for those days that I didn’t want to do my hair I also wore a Calvin Klein baseball cap (not pictured above).
So when you’re not feeling your best or you’re under the weather, grab some skinny sweats and a baseball cap and tell yourself it’s going to be OK! I believe in prayer and asking for help from others. I covered all this in my last post if you want to read it. Click here!
