I just wanted to pop over and share a mid-week post that I created on the fly. I always admire this little rack of mine because its always in constant view. I keep all my usual’s on it. (minus most my denim) but its visually stunning and it helps influence me to get dressed in the morning.
So instead of rolling up to school drop off in my sweats, no bra and boyfriend tee, I find a real outfit worthy of others glances.
When I shop, I often times buy items that are within the same color story. My color story is creams, whites, (basically neutrals) and then in spring, I opt for more blues. I usually have a pop of black here and there.
That arrangement keeps me from shopping just to shop and allows me to focus on what I really need versus what I want. The best part? I can pair almost anything in my wardrobe with… everything because of the similarities. Mix and match never was so easy!
And you might notice that I am in a transitional period because I still have most my heavy knits and a few coats. After all, winter is still going strong! Also, this sweater I featured below is getting a lot of love via the streets. I can’t count how many times I have been stopped because someone loves my sweater. YAY! I’m actually getting more compliments than my daughter… Actually, that’s a lie. I’m not even close. Penny’s style game is on point. ↓
Thanks to my adorable son for photo bombing one of my pics. LOL! I took another one of him but his finger was so far up his nose I left it out.. Hope you all have a great rest of the week! I’m thinking of sharing Penelope’s wardrobe soon. If you are interested let me know below in a comment…
