Okay so it’s been a while. I think I moved away from Blogging for a while because I didn’t really know what I wanted to say. However, I’ve been creating so much lately and working that I feel on fire for life. So, let me get my type on and show you guys this amazing vest I got and the two ways I’ve worn it so far. And keep your eyes peeled because I’m definitely going to be wearing it way more coming up!
I shot in this pretty location with a bunch of fellow influencers in DTLA. ((More about that to come.))
This first look is my Vest from Zara and my Target Oversized blazer. This blazer is so good. I wear it twice a week at the least. I paired it with some Zara Heels and this Target bag. So, clearly I’ve been to Target and Zara a lot lately. I normally don’t purchase much when the seasons change but having a few key pieces that act like staples or “basics” goes a long way. Lastly, how pretty are these square toe, block heeled sandals? Find them at Zara or click here.
Next, I wore it opened up with a Tres Vu top and trousers. I used the same scrunch bag because of the color being in the same palette. I love how it’s versatile enough to be a dress, a top or a vest. Layering is key with this vest. The gold detail on it certainly adds a touch or luxury to it.
As for the life update part, I’m definitely in the works with a few projects. One thing that’s been pressing on my heart is hosting a burn party. I want to let go of the past and have put together a pile of things to burn to release them to the universe and finally put the past to bed. I really wanted to do this in secrecy until I realized that maybe many more of us actually need to do it too. We can burn anything that might resemble any sort of loss in our lives and then say a few words afterwards. If you would like to be a part of this, please message me privately and we can connect. I’d like to do this before it gets too cold outdoors.
Lastly, I’m calling all small start up businesses that are woman owned and run to come together to form a collective. The only requirements, are that you are a woman and that you have a small business! We will be hosting venues in downtown LA to start and my hope is that we can do this every month and possibly every week later on. Again, if you think this is something you’d like to do or if you know a hard working female entrepreneur, please message me!
♥ you guys!
